The support networks within the workplace deliver a range of great benefits, however, it isn’t always easy to know where to start! WIE welcomes students and professionals to hear from a panel of industry leaders as they share their experiences with support networks in the workplace and discuss the lessons they’ve learnt. This session will provide attendees with the opportunity to listen and engage with the panel of speakers and brainstorm ways to start up or improve their support networks.

There will be plenty of opportunities to network and engage in discussions around achieving gender-based and broader support networks within the engineering industry
